They soon find themselves in a beach house where a small woman with chartreuse hair is asking them questions about why they came there. Thanks to Aphra, it soon gets chaotic, causing her, her girlfriend, and friends-of-sorts being faced with consequences of her bad decisions... again. In this Steven Universe AU Steven was captured at a young age and raised as a Diamond. After an elaborate ruse on his 18th Birthday, he escapes to Earth, his home planet, only to find it to be more than hostile to his return.

Steven is now on his own, exploring earth on his own terms. Meeting new friends and running into old ones. Yet there is one thing that still continues to follow him. That being his gem abilities and powers. Of course the residents of Beach City were more than fully aware of the aliens living by the shore, but out side the city was rather different. People don't understand things they have never seen before.

Steven and Connie were always friends. But what will happen when something unexpected happens.
