These are the oneshots for DBH I've written up till now. These are crossposted from Tumblr/Ao3, but feel free to request stuff over here, too! Basic modern retelling of Hades and Persephone that takes place in the DBH world between reader and Connor. Y/n just moved to Detroit after graduating top of her class and is bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, ready to take down crime in the big city, and the best part about it is she gets assigned to work with her idol: Hank Anderson and his android partner, Connor, on a brand new case with an up and coming Red Ice kingpin. Since the revolution, androids have become a lot more widely accepted by the public, but you're mom is still against the idea of her daughter being forced to work with robots. Especially in a job as dangerous as yours. She would much rather you be at home, preparing to take over her gardening center, but you insisted on fighting crime up north in Detroit. You, however, are welcoming the change of pace, but quickly learn that you are quite naive about the city. Maybe Connor will be the one to teach you.
