A story in which Evan falls and Connor offers to go with him. (I found this picture on google, and I have no idea whose it is. I take no credit for it whatsoever.) (I own none of the characters, just the plot.) Trigger warning: anxiety, suicide, suicidal thoughts, depression, self harm. It isn't always rainbows and sunshine up in here. But there's lots of fluff and cuteness, like pancakes and pillow forts. Just you wait I have plans :)

It all came down to a natural phenomenon, when one felt strongly about someone else, floating hearts would appear above their head, these hearts would be colored to match the personality of the someone one felt so strongly for. ((This became too popular))

A Dear Evan Hansen Royalty AU. Connor didn't like his life at all, he was constantly yelled at by his parents, his tutors spent all their time telling him to act properly and his sister was constantly disappointed in him. It didn't help that he was a prince and therefore was expected to constantly be on his best behaviour. Luckily Larry had somehow managed to convince the country that Connor was in boarding school in an effort to keep him out of the public eye, and it worked (that was one thing that Larry had done right). So, Connor didn't worry about his image, not that he would have anyway, he just did what he wanted. What he wanted was to get as far away from reality as he could, so he got high. When he wasn't high he was drunk and when he wasn't drunk he was asleep. For Evan it is different, he is always nervous, always scared, always anxious and he doesn't know how to stop, so he hides away instead. He just keeps in the background or tries to at least. His therapist is always saying he should put myself out there more, but he never can. He always gets nervous and start worrying about how sweaty his hands are. Trigger Warnings: Suicidal thoughts, self harm, drugs, alcohol

What if everything had been different? What if Connor never found Evans letter? What if, instead, a friendship formed between the pair? *** This story is a MAJOR WIP. The writing is atrocious but I wanted to publish what i've written regardless.

I decided to write a story from the perspective of Connor and Evan from Dear Evan Hansen. I'm going to attempt to rewrite the musical but if Connor had lived and if he and Evan were actually friends. When Mike Faist hits the stage to preform the letter scene with Ben Platt (Evan Hanson) the crowed is stunned when before the end of the scene he's hit by a falling light, heavy like a wrecking ball. The crew cancel the show on behalf of Mikes health and are practically devastated to find out the other is unresponsive on the stage. When they bring him to the hospital, the shock continues as they find mikes mind is stuck thinking he is the Character he was playing in the play he got hurt in, Connor Murphy. Ben Platt is devastated at his friends new state of mind, he tries hard to help him out of it but nothing works and everything begins to loose hope... Till Mike (as Conner)starts to fall in love with Ben.

What would happen if it was Connors name in Evans note? ------------ When Connor and Evan start studying together, they discover feelings they never knew they had.
