BEHOLD MY BRAG BOOK This is a portfolio of awards and reviews that Ancilla and its art have received, both on Wattpad and in the real world, due to being entered in real-world contests in addition to those on Wattpad. (I self-published Ancilla commercially about a month before I published an edition of it on Wattpad). Ancilla's rate of winning contests on Wattpad, according to Google's calculator, is about one contest in three - one in two if I only look at the contests that did not fizzle out before completing. Real-world contest win rate: zero. For general wins and losses, refer to my 2024 and 2025 Books of Contests. This portfolio displays reviews, score sheets, comments, press releases, and interviews. Nearly all the material contained herein is glowing and positive (of course) but I have also tucked in some negative material and contest fails, including a downright withering review from some guy at IndieReader. Dear reader, I hope you find this entertaining. If you are an independent pro author like me, I hope you also find it useful for your journey to success.

This is a collection of short stories I've written, from elementary school to present. I hope this will give me the incentive I need to tackle editing, rewriting, updating, and whatever else. In the meantime, read at your own risk.

Lily is a snow witch with powerful magic and a quick temper. Not the best combination. But she keeps to herself, and the few people she lets get close know she has a good heart, and that's enough for her. She doesn't need any drama in her life. Except she never knows what to expect from her next-door neighbor, who is a mad scientist. Then there's her meddling family back at the North Pole. Minor irritations, but they may or may not trigger her blizzard-inducing rage from time to time, resulting in out-of-season snowstorms, snowbound towns, and confused meteorologists worldwide. Good thing she has a fairy godmother. Or is it? When a forbidden paranormal romance brings secret magic and an unspoken curse to light, the weight of the world lands on Lily's shoulders. Break the curse, save the world. Fail... And she'll destroy everything.

Adrien has been seeking solace with Marinette, using her as a way to escape from his daily life. Or at least, that's how it started. As the months continued onwards, he didn't just go there for a source of comfort, but also just to be her friend. He was head over heels, he knew that, and maybe that's why it was so easy for Plagg to convince him to wear a hoodie (a generic one that could have been passed off as a regular black one) that she made him. Chat Noir, him. And Plagg might just be the reason his life is a million times better. Oliver has been out of high school for about two years now and hasn't been able to find a job in the pack.. As a Beta, he is pressured to find a job by his peers, especially his parents. Alpha Jackson has his whole life planned except for one small detail. He hasn't found his mate yet. Living in a pack should make it easy to find your mate right? Well not quite! When Oliver dicoveres he's mated to the alpha as a beta he freaks out! Not only does Oliver worry about his place in the pack he is now worried about being rejected because no one wants a basic beta as a mate when they could have a pretty omega. ----------------------------

Participating in story pitch challenges has been a really fun exercise to think up new story ideas and strengthen my story description writing skills (although pitches tend to be too long and too detailed for a standard blurb).
