After the events of the anime, conflicts between each other, the school, and interests have influenced a lot of mixed feelings. Over time, they end up becoming even more inseparable than before. This is their journey through experiencing a new, one of a kind relationship. Conflicts that the three can master together, as well as helping each other through turmoil, as well as love.

Abandoned at a young age and sent to an orphanage, Cado has spent his entire life in the large town of Glastonbury and has always yearned to be free from this place to one day see the world. But the day after his secondary school graduation found out by accident that the head of the orphanage, was planning to expel him earlier than permitted to make more space for more children. Angrily, after leaving it and school, he meets and sets free a magic broom called Shooting Star, and the two quickly bond over freedom. What follows is an unexpected series of events that will lead him down a new path, one unfamiliar to normal humans. Little Witch Academia is owned by Studio TRIGGER.

Amanda keeps trying to find away to leave Luna Nova, until she starts to have feelings for Constanze? This couldn't be happening. Now both girls have to face the truth that they are in love with each other.. This story takes place before the whole Croix's missile nearly destroys the world
