Lagi kong naririnig ang katagang 'no one is above the law' pero hindi ko kailanman narinig kung ano bang ibig-sabin nito at hanggang ngayon, hindi ko alam kung totoo ba iyan dahil sa kung minsan, kayang dayain ang batas gamit ang pera at ng kapangyarihan ng mga taong nasa tungkulan. Wala ba talagang nakaka-taas sa batas, o ang batas ay para lang sa mga nasa laylayan?

Four words. Five syllables. Four words and five syllables that could cost me my life. Four words and five syllables that make me choke. Four words and five syllables that grab me by the throat. He waits. Stands tall and waits. The seconds turn into minutes. I don't say a word. My hands shake, shake, shake. Warm brown eyes. Pearl white smile. Million-dollar problems. Soft silk skin. Midnight waves. Velvet words. My hands shake, shake, shake. Lifeless brown eyes. Red smile. One problem. Cold damp skin. Midnight waves. Missing words. My hands shake, shake, shake.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER: The Tenth Crusade (2012) is the property of Daniil Linkol'na and any use of material in the compedium The Tenth Crusade (2012) without the permission of the author may result in consequent legal action. Any attempt to ban this book will be met with the utmost combat of the author and his legal council. Any attempt to ban this compedium is a direct violation of free speech. (2012) ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Daniil Linkol'na lives near the town of Skaro, Alberta, Canada on a farm. He is an avid politician who in 2012 wrote the compedium The Tenth Crusade - A Declaration of War in the Name of Self Defence. He attends St. Demetrius Ukrainian Orthodox church. He is not Orthodox, but he attends the Orthodox church because of his "admiration of the Christian Eastern Rite traditionalism that runs deep in the veins of the Orthodox church and their clergy". Although, his official religious denomination is Roman Catholic, he claims "the Roman Catholic and Protestant churches are too multiculturalist in their own religious services. For lack of a better word, the Roman Catholic and Protestant churches are too 'loosey-goosey'. A church with multiculturalist ideas, really isn't Christian, because, it is definitively impossible for their to be a Liberal Christian". He is also a Freemason. His pen name is the Slavic version of his name, Daniil Linkol'na. He speaks fluent Norwegian (bokmal), Russian, Finnish, and Ukrainian (obviously English as well). His ethnic background is English, Scottish, Belgian (Flanders), and Dutch. He is thus 100% Nordic in background. His nationality is Canadian.

In Sept. 2022, Texas signed into law S.B. 8, nicknamed the "Heartbeat Act," that functionally bans abortion and empowers private citizens to seek civil monetary damages (no less than $10k per violation + fees) against medical providers or other "aiders and abettors." What is the impact of these criminal law keywords being using in a Tort claim? How can this Bill be modified to not violate constitutional rights of pregnant people and other third parties? This is a developing story.
