The words Climate Change have entered our vocabulary with hurricane force. It's difficult to pick up a newspaper, view the evening news, or read more than a few minutes on social networks, or the web without encountering these words. But what do they mean? Is climate really changing? How is it changing? Hasn't it always changed? Didn't we just recover from an ice age that ended only ten thousand years ago; and, didn't Europe just recover from a mini ice age that ended only a few centuries ago? So, what does climate change really mean? Does any one know? If these questions interest you, then please read on, as I try to shed some light on this complex, socio-political issue.

After the apocalypse, humanity began living within huge defensive strongholds to survive. New Aetherra is the only empire-sized city in the east surrounded by sturdy walls and covered by human-made atmospheric barrier. It was built and is governed under three bodies-the Government, the Novu Babel, and the Hunter Force-soldiers trained for battle against unknown creatures outside the city. Ian Velen, a troublesome weak Beta, was hated by the people around him including his own family. He only desired to go outside the city despite the dangers. His Alpha brothers loathed him thinking that he was the product of their mother's sin, and his father couldn't imagine him as his own. Despite his weak physique, he managed to become a Hunter and even had the nerve to confess and propose a marriage to his crush, Axel Krestel, the commander of an independent elite division, in front of so many people. The commander's disgust was obvious, and Ian had an idea that his actions stemmed from his crazy desperation to escape the city. He knew his background had more to it than what was seen outside. Taking an unknown drug on schedule to stabilize this unknown hunger to escape the city was just one part of it. But then an incident occurred. He missed his scheduled dose. His mother warned him that his life would be in danger.

Here is a post-nuclear apocalypse world filled with zombies, where mech warriors, mutated individuals with special abilities, and martial artists quietly rise to power. How will the warriors survive in this chaotic land, establish a new order, and eventually return to a peaceful world? Of course, the most numerous of all are still the zombies...

Now she is stuck with the Space Station denizen as they both work together to achieve their respective goals. As they continue to travel together, young Flanna finds the continued company of this stranger having an effect on both her thoughts and emotions. Why does she feel this way?
