He experiences a myriad of emotions and doesn't know what to do with it because he believed not expressing his feelings would make him look desirable slash cool. This string is about the stagnancy he feels and how his ambience determines his purview on life.

But when Brandy and Elliot have a late-night talk at the fence that separates their yard, they start to open up to each other more and more. When they do feelings become more powerful and caring becomes more nurturing, and they realize they're not as different as they think they are.
