In the midst of hopeful yet insidious 1960s London. The world has not ended, but something worse has begun. Across the British Isles, the remnants of a horrendous phenomenon called "The Dreading" purge every living soul - rebellion, resentment, and a bloodborne plague that turns its victims into ghouly beasts. The afflicted are not dead, yet not human, and no one dares to summon them. Perhaps it is the only moment of time when humanity was closest to defeating the curse that terrorized every century on Earth. Fun fact: I try to create my own literary style called "Coninaudit" Inaudit = Unheard Coniectura = Guess The idea is that there are more chapters but with the most ambiguous short phrases which help develop the sense of what is happening with the plot or predict the intent of ideas, or as you can say, "Guess the Unheard". P.S. It's a form of episodical, so the chapters' length are created in a way that bear separate sequences..

Anything can happen if you desire it strongly enough, but does that mean that the anything that follows is worthwhile? Is it even the right path for you in the first place? The universe is a delicate balancing scale. Every joy must be followed by a sorrow as a direct byproduct, every tragedy must inadvertently lead to the creation of a new mode of peace and of satiation, as from every fire must rise a phoenix, and for the emergence of a new phoenix a fire must be ignited. To desire for the blossom of the new shoot without the killing of the old root is a futile task. What if one could live within the moment of realization of this futility for eternity?

A compilation of poems stemming from times of darkness. For it's only in the dark when you truly appreciate the flicker of light, and that light is the glimmer of hope in the midst of our hurts. Hello, dear readers! As a general overlook, in this particular compilation, you'll find poems written during times of depression-many inspired from personal experiences in dealing with it, and others just having a melancholy theme. I share these dejecting pieces to provide comfort in relatability. This is my first time sharing my pieces publicly, which is rather liberating! Most of these I've had hidden away, always being too shy to share them. However, I decided to post these here to help other people dealing with depression. I share the dark times with you, so maybe it'll help you get closer to the light. You aren't alone, and I'm hoping the reassurance of it being a greater epidemic than just you, is a launching pad to healthily dealing with it. Just know you don't have to do it alone. Keep going. Poetry down to the heart and soul.. heart and soul

In the desert of Nareth stands a ritual colossus known as The Watchman. It was created by an ancient civilization not as a weapon or a deity, but as an intermediary between the earth and the sky. Its sole function is to observe the weather and execute a sacred gesture when rain approaches.The civilization disappeared. The desert remained. The Watchman continues.This is a chronicle about the persistence of purpose beyond the extinction of its creators. An archaeological tale where time, erosion, and repetition are the only protagonists. There is no epic, no human conflict. Only the observation of a world that continues without the need to be understood.
