The feeling of being so scared to be seen that when you're truly perceived you lose touch of the reality you're comfortable in. It's uncertainty and question, it's reality and it's fear, all in one breath.

I have been writing a novel named, The Curse And The Blessings. It's a fictional novel filled with psychological turmoil with the spark of fantasy. Lucas, a teen wakes up one day hallucinating and partially cognitively impaired. He is disoriented and experiences ptsd attacks because of an incident where he lost and gained something he never wanted. Lucas' teacher calls him to a park to guide him post incident and he is joined by his bestfriend ethan. Suddenly someone who shouldn't be there eavesdrops on them and joins them later on. This is a story of anamoly, this is the story of contradictions. This is the story of curses and the story of blessings. This is Lucas' story. THE CURSE AND THE BLESSINGS. @2026

I spent the better part of my life full time training/fighting/coaching with one of the toughest mma coach's & all male fight teams on the planet. Driven to see my sport go mainstream & make sure women evolve with it. Ten years ago when it finally did, I was called away and led to Yaje. Where I would meet my twin counterpart; a indigenous Amazonian Secoya elder. I was shown we have been channeling plant songs for lifetimes, and asked if I wanted to accept the agreement to do so in this life. At first I didn't believe a non indigenous crazy O.C fighter girl was worthy of these songs, so resisted until I got so sick, it was either step up or game over. The La.W is my personal journey transforming extreme darkness to light. Going from hate to love, The backwards way. Girded with laughter & love which would inevitably guide me home. Learning it's not who we "were" that matters, but rather who we "are" as we reinvent ourselves in each new now moment. When we stop giving our power away to others. We realize we have always had the power to accomplish & transform ANYTHING "including" spontaneously heal ourselves. Obviously, we cannot transform darkness without first having known it. So embracing our challenge(s), knowing they're self created, fulfilling a positive purpose. Puts us in the state to transform & experience them positively.

Everyone thinks they know everything about us but they don't. We're still normal. I'm still regular ole' Craig Crippen and I want everyone to know the truth of what goes on behind the scenes with Mindless Behavior. These are my Vigilant Contradictions.

We all have two sides. Good vs bad, tough vs weak, smart vs dumb... it doesn't matter what the sides are exactly. Sometimes, each side can contradict the other, and that's where it really gets interesting... Enjoy!

Hello, I am Kaia. This is the story of the past two years of my life. Have you ever truly loved a friend with all your heart, even though you know they are no good, but you have been friends for so long that you just cannot seem to detach? Have you ever liked more people at the same time? Not just "liked", but was truly torn by different people orbiting around you, at the point that you could not possibly be loyal? Have you ever felt in the position of the people you would so often criticize? You would claim they had no values, no morals at all, and yet there you were exactly in their position? Have you ever felt so confused, so anxious, so messed up that you could not close your eyes at night? These are the questions that have been bothering me lately. By telling this story, I want to share my experience and I want to know if there is someone else who has these same sort of issues or if I'm alone in this crazy world.

I tend to make and like contradictions. I'm also just thinking about life in general, and I'm bored.
