In Contro City people disappearing or winding up dead was not out of the ordinary. One photograph in the newspaper made headlines and changed everything. A weeping dog standing over the corpse of his owner - a promising young boxer, has Contro's Finest on the hunt for a twisted predator. Paul Lantar is one busy young man - tending to his deceased grandmother's gardens, attempting to get along with siblings, starting a new relationship with Veena, working, going to church. The last thing he needs is to be haunted by a newspaper article. With police launching an investigation into a possible serial killer lurking around the shadows, Paul's mind is torn between dealing with his unquenchable thirst to end lives, survival, and a cunning church pastor who's intentions remain unclear. In order to remain hidden, Paul Lantar will do anything. No one is safe.

Harley is a 22 year old woman who was just a normal human being until 2 years ago when the particle accelerator exploded and she gained her powers. She was able to physically influence the alchemical elements of nature, such as fire, water, earth and air. She's lost her family and everyone around her and refuses to use her powers, that is until Nick Fury brings her onto The Avengers team, where she is urged to learn to control her powers for a mission. She falls in love and gets her heartbroken, learning to no longer trust another man in her life. With that being said, she becomes angry and loses control of her powers and starts destroying everything. Loki secretly falls in love with her but doesn't want to tell her as he is afraid of himself. Without realizing it, Harley doesn't notice that she's falling in love with him till it could be too late, causing her more rage and hurt. Will their love for each other be enough to overcome Harley's rage?

Living in Contro City is a dream. Especially for a trust fund baby like Willis, residing in his upper class apartment with his two best friends Arthur and Lily. They spend their weeks partying, getting high, and refusing to grow up. During one of their drug induced escapades the trio manage to summon a genie, Smoke. The upside? He owes them each three wishes - a record for any genie in existence owing nine wishes at one time. The downside? He has forgotten the use of his powers after fleeing into exile. The not so noble comrades form a friendship with Smoke, who adapts without need of coercing to their lifestyle. After being discovered on Earth by a ruthless Elite Genie Sentinel the clock begins ticking against the group. They must set off on an adventure to obtain Smoke's powers and acquire their desires. Together they must survive former friends, space authorities, genie sentinels, and their obnoxious selves.
