The convenience store on the corner was never busy after midnight. Just flickering fluorescent lights, instant ramen, coffee that was probably too old, and the soft hum of refrigerators. Y/N worked the overnight shift because no one else wanted it. Most customers came and went without a word. Except for one. Every night, almost without fail, a quiet guy in a hoodie stopped by after work. He always bought the same things-iced coffee, a triangle kimbap, and sometimes a chocolate bar if it had been a particularly long day. He never stayed long. But little by little, a routine formed. A joke here. A recommendation for a new snack there. Conversations about movies, music, and dreams that stretched a few minutes longer each night. To Y/N, he was just "the 3 a.m. customer." To Martin, she became the only part of the day that felt normal. Neither of them expected those ordinary nights to become the beginning of something extraordinary.
