Each kingdom has its own distinct language, with specific areas carrying different accents and dialects. Espresso Cookie, for example, would have at least a bit of a Coffee accent on his Cacaoian, while Caramel Arrow Cookie would speak the Citadel dialect. The language of the Crème Republic is its own separate language but is close enough to Vanillian that two speakers of the languages can manage to understand each other.
