I never thought much about breathing until the day I couldn't do it properly. It was a regular Tuesday morning, and I was getting ready for work when I felt this strange tightness in my chest. Not painful exactly, just uncomfortable - like someone had wrapped a band around my ribs and pulled it slightly too tight.
