Just a sad story of me and the rats

Depression and Anxiety are very serious, but manageable conditions. I know, I live with them every day. Many other people do as well. The skinny, pretty, blonde that you see at parties, has a story to tell. The bruises on her arms, aren't from falling, they're from cancer. Her parents didn't get a divorce, her mother was too young to be a mom, so she left. That isn't a foreign language class she's taking, it's a DUI class, and she's only 17.

This poem is a personal poem that is close to my heart. Mainly because this poem expresses my feelings / memories and thought process' when it came to before and after my grandfather's death (He passed away from colorectal cancer) and how he deeply affected my life, and made an impact on me in the process. I will be giving advice that hopefully will help you with your anxiety issues. I have anxiety and decided that I should give advice to others who also have anxiety.
