Headphones on, music drowning out the distant chaos of Musutafu's hero-filled streets. She's not here to win. She's just here to waste another night. "Stuck Between The Chords" is a random story I thought of on a random Thursday evening, overthinking about the things I've done in my life and what I haven't all because I had an upcoming exam and I'm stressed asl LOL. This story is based on the so-familiar feeling of wanting to say something to someone but cannot simply because you couldn't-- various circumstances are implemented. The haunting feeling of the unspoken, melancholic words that are stuck between your vocal cords, like a lump in your throat, unable to utter a word. This story is inspired by a website called "The Unsent Project" where you can anonymously post messages you wish you had told them. Feelings that were yet to be delivered. Unsent texts. I've included the story of most of the people that I personally knew, asking them "What was one thing that you wish you had told someone, but were never able to?" The answers definitely made me feel like there's a lump in my throat. It pains me to see and listen to some of these people. I was definitely sad, but some of these made me feel relieved, too. When you read a book, you're experiencing the tons of emotions and spiraling that a character goes through. Even if you may, or may not shed a tear reading some of these, I do hope to the deepest of my heart, that you'd be able to experience at least an ounce of what these people felt, as you turn the pages across their lives.

Leo Jackson was living his best life. After just finishing his degree in Sports Pyschology, Leo realises its not what he wants to do for the rest of his life. He starts doing stand-up comedy sets around the area and he realises that's what he's passionate about. It didn't earn much but it was enough for him. Just as Leo's settling, his best friend Aaron passes away in a plane accidnet with his wife leaving their daughter orphaned. Leo's overwhelmed and upset, He's known Aaron since he was 11. But his life takes an unexpected turn as Aaron's will is read and he wants Leo to take full custody of his daughter.

(It's a poem!) Recently I've been feeling more lonely recently, it's not really something permanent or really loud. It's just this quiet feeling of loneliness, of the realisation that you're on your own. That nobody is there, nobody will hold you, listen to you, it's just you. This feeling has been following for quite some years now and recently I've started taking more baths than usual and although it sounds silly, I came to the realisation that taking a warm bath is pretty close to a hug, a comforting hug.

Hello, Readers, this might not be great, but I'm doing my best. I welcome any feedback. This is my first time writing, and a friend suggested it to me. They mentioned that their therapist recommended writing as a good coping mechanism for stress. If you often feel stressed, I suggest giving this a try!
