My Poetry My poetry is not a work of Fiction It is not stolen or taken from anothers lines I will never stop writing my poetry I will not write around CAUTION cones and do not cross tape I will not limit myself in fear of ruining Someone's perfect image of the world My poems are My thoughts My feelings My good days and bad put on paper These are my stories My memoirs My way of sharing and unleashing The things people said I should be ashamed of People said I would become nothing A nobody Those same people thought They were knocking me down But I started writing when I was weak Putting my poems on paper Ignited me It sparked a flame That helped me find my purpose So when I see them again And they ask me Who I am My answer will be easy I am a poet

This work is a compilation of approaches and experiences that has evolved in my time as a helping professional, first as a Health Educator, then as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Many of the tools and approaches have been used in clinical sessions and even in my own family setting in dealing with a chronic illness. These are the frameworks, concepts, rules, and tools that have had the best results and feedback from all that have put several of these concepts into practice. The book focuses on both the person dealing with the chronic illness as well as those in a supportive role, from a partner to a relative, a friend to a clinician. It describes how best to engage, what you can expect, and what to say and do along with what not to say or do. Here is a quick overview of the book and what is inside: The Team Positive approach addresses how to cope with a health condition and how those who love you can provide compassionate support during your quest. Whether you or a loved one is dealing with cancer, Crohn's, diabetes, or any overwhelming health or mental health condition such as anxiety or depression, this team approach helps everyone- Discover the healing power of the team Find a place on the pyramid of support Know the four main life engagement areas to ensure a balanced approach Identify and overcome personal barriers in challenging situations Learn coping skills that address distress and energy management

Hi guys!! This book is mostly all about mental health/chronic pain issues and either discuss how to take care of it, coping skills, make you not feel alone, and ext. I am taking these skills from my own experiences with them, heard it helps people, and online ways to help. Many people don't either have the resources for mental health, don't have people like you who understand, or just need them on the go. This is where I come in this will be your mini toolbox that you can take with you when you need them. Hope these help you like they helped me! (If you personally want to talk to me to ask questions and so forth please just ask I don't mind!) From, A.L.K

Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) is often characterized by intense emotions, unstable relationships, and impulsivity, yet these clinical description rarely capture the profound lived experience. Living with Clarity offers a deeply empathic and practical guide that bridges the gap between clinical understanding and personal reality. This book is for anyone who has felt the overwhelming intensity of BPD, or for those who love someone navigating its complexities. This novel illuminates the internal world of BPD, explaining that it is not merely a list of symptoms, but the experience of feeling everything at full volume in a world that often demands quiet. It explores the push of and pull between a desire for closeness and the fear of it, and the continuous effort to find stable ground amidst emotional storms. Living with Clarity moves beyond mere understanding, providing actionable skills, practices, and a framework for moving forward. It acknowledges the challenging terrain of healing from BPD, offering honesty without minimizing the difficulty, and hope without promising quick fixes. Readers will discover strategies for emotional regulation, fostering stable relationships, and cultivating self-understanding. This book emphasizes that recovery is possible, albeit non-linear, and that individuals with BPD can build meaningful, stable lives by learning to work with their emotional sensitivity. For those with BPD, this guide offers a powerful message: you are not broken, your emotions are not weakness, and your experience make sense. For loved ones, it provides invaluable insights to respond with compassion, set healthy boundaries, and maintain connection. Living with Clarity is an essential resource for anyone seeking to demystify BPD, reduce isolation, and embark on a path toward healing and a life worth living.
