TMNT iteration crossover mixed with the loose plot of hit 2007 movie, Hot Fuzz, comes a buddy cop fanfic between a hard ass (2012 Leonardo) and a smartass (Rise Leo). Leonardo became estranged from his family at an early age and made it his duty to be on the NYPD. First mutant to achieve that status, as well as being the best at it, made his fellow officers feel... stupid. He's assigned back in his hometown with a police service that's grossly incompetent at worst and plain stupid at best. He's a fish out of water, and has to rely on Leo to show him around the safe haven for mutants and Yokai. He can't shake the feeling that something fishy is going on behind the scenes and that everyone might be in danger. But what's the danger?
