A young woman who experienced trauma has retreated into a fantasy world of Ghosts. She builds a Disneyland-like structure within an abandoned Brewery near Skid Row to continue separating from reality. She is being stalked by her attacker, who wants to capture her again and finish what he had started when she was 9. He has staked out Skid Row and its inhabitants as targets of opportunity for his experiments on the best way to murder without getting caught. The young woman is befriended by the DiSilva Family, who help anchor her to the real world, help her overcome her PTSD, and catch her attacker.

Kamiko moves to London after her parents sell off her hand in marriage to a wealthy young gentleman. Her excitement to leave behind her life of poverty is soon dashed as she faces a language barrier, culture shock, and searches to uncover her husband's dark secret. (Short three part story)

These are excerpts from my manuscript. It covers 25 years of rescues and body recoveries while working for the Orange County Sheriff's Department and the Orange County Sheriff's dive team. Every person I recovered was always done with the families in mind. I wanted to give them closure and bring their loved ones back to them. I will try to add 2 chapters a week. There is also the Inspector- Harold, the best constable- Will and the coroner- Lillian. One day, like any other a murder happened, but it was a really disturbing one. The killer kept sending notes to Crimson and leave him messages of his personal life. He will try to figure the murder out, as well as his feeling towards the city coroner. The inspiration to this story is the show " Murdoch mysteries".

Roger is something of a miserable prick. He hits the bottle a little too hard, he's a little too mean to the people who were supposed to be his friends, and the only people still talking to him are the ones laid out on his coroner's table. His therapist is trying to get to the root of his drinking and misery, but his stiff friends have other ideas.

If for any circumstances I have to stop I will publish the whole unedited version so readers are not disappointed with an incomplete work.
