~ ~ ~ The concrete was slick with rain and the lights of the city reflected back. The mirrored images blurred together, hiding the secrets this town really held. Looking down into the puddled raindrops, it was a beautiful sight. Green, yellow, red. The lights turned every minute, a never-ending cycle. Water sprayed the glistening sidewalk as cars passed by. They pushed the speed limits, racing to catch the green light. And the lights kept changing without fail, shining day and night like the playful eyes of a child; it's face was beautiful and filled with innocence. One step and it would all be over. They'd never see it coming. In a city like this, no one would even care. An accident, they'd say. A tragedy for one day, and forgotten the next. Just one step. And it'd be worth it. Because this city wasn't the only pretty face with dark secrets under the surface. ~ ~ ~

David Dobrik is a 22 year old vlogger who is part of the famous VlogSquad who Cassidy was seeing on tour. Though David had never met Cassidy he soon met her at his next show. When they met it was like a bomb had exploded. Neither of them realizing that it would lead to a rough road that they both had to take.
