Phantom Alliance is a spin-off about former Jedi Ahsoka Tano joining Darth Maul during the battle the Siege of Mandalore. It is recommended that you watch that ARC of Star Wars the Clone Wars (season 7) or at least clips of it before reading this story for maximum enjoyment.

Fox isn't the friendliest of his many, many siblings, but even someone like him can end up with a vod'ika - his own little pain of a younger sibling. But Kamino is a cruel place, and the Coruscant Guard is only crueller. Strange things are afoot on Coruscant though and the Guard is always the first target when things go wrong. Fox will do everything he can to ensure all his siblings make it out alive. When something goes wrong on a patrol in Coruscant's Lower Levels, Fox ends up captured. He escapes. Or, more honestly, a youngling also being held there escapes and decides to take Fox with her. In thanks, he patches her up afterwards and assumes he'll never see her again. Then she comes back, injured again but she won't tell him how, instead she feeds him intel about the Lower Levels, like a payment he never asked for. She's skittish and so small and Fox will never turn her away but his worry grows each time he finds himself treating her wounds. Eventually, something has to change, but this change is one Fox never saw coming.

This is the tale of a lost dreadnought class star ship carrying a legion of clone troopers from Chancellor's palpatine Coruscant guard, created in secret as a backup plan in case order 66 went wrong along with his other contingencies that might expose him as a sith lord and originally intended for him as a mean of escaping and settling in the outer regions of space with the means necessary to create a fortress planet that would isolate him and guard him to carry on with newer ways to control the galaxy. As faith would have it, his master plan would succeed but it wouldn't be the same for this ship and the legion it carried as well as their destiny as the last bastion of what that republic originally stood for...
