You are a normal girl trying to make it through life by writing novels, sculpting, and drawing, you were okay with how you lived other than the fact of how you forced to fight for your life when you were younger, but you were fine, it was all behind you now. But then you find a weird item that looks to be made of bone and Metal with a weird symbol on your way home, about to report to the police of possible occult activity it hums and you fall in conscious. Now you're in the world far different then yours advanced yet having an old-style touch to it, you meet a woman who happens to be an Empress along with her daughter and Royal protector, Corvo. The Empress invites you with open arms and took a liking to you as you become closer, while Corvo seems to be suspicious and hesitant, he eventually except you, The Empress and Corvo know of your origins while others don't. But something changes the peaceful nature as a plague enters the picture, now you do what you can to help as The Outsider takes interest in you along with the knife of Dunwall. Here he was, on the cusp of humanity with eyes as green as peridots. He was here. He was now. He was alive. In the past, he would have believed such a feat to be folly--a foolish dream of a boy, helpless at his own funeral. But here he was, the assassin Billie Lurk at his side, one foot on the mountain of life and one lingering in the valley of death. He was The Outsider: a vestige of a boy, his name long forgotten, his past scarcely remembered. Of those he'd spoken to, only Vera Morey--better known as the witch Granny Rags in her last days of The Rat Plague, a shadow which still haunts Dunwall to this day--had listened, her deaf ears perked and her blind eyes seeing. She'd been a strange curiosity, and yet she died the death of a rotten-hearted murderer, the blood of the leader of the Bottle Street Gang, Slackjaw, forever staining her lips. Throughout the fantastic experience of playing through Dishonored 2 as Empress Emily Kaldwin, she often kept a journal that expressed her thoughts and close experiences with the other characters. This is her journal. All chapters in this belong to Arkane Studios and the creators of Dishonored 2.

Corvo Attano from Dishonored is placed into the DXD world as a peerage member to one Serafall Leviathan. I got this inspiration from remembering a fanfic I read on Webnovel called "Reborn: Ulquiorra in DxD world" by RuinKing0899 and in the story, Ulquiorra is reborn a devil to Serafall's Peerage but is called the only peerage of serafall but looking it up shows different so it's complicated, so its options are up to writers.

Just a quick 2,200 word... thing(?) about Corvo's final mission in Dishonored. Wanted to try my hand with some action & gore, so I wrote a high chaos version after watching a playthrough. I've never written as Corvo before though, so please keep that in mind.

Corvo Attano, a man born on the Island of Serkonos once served as the Royal Protector and paramour to Empress Jessamine Kaldwin, the assassinated ruler of the Empire of Isles and mother to Emily Kaldwin, a young girl who'd one day rule in her beloved mother's stead. Sir Attano would be wrongly framed for the assassination of Empress Kaldwin by Dunwall's corrupt government, and was sentenced to be executed for his crime. That was until a dark and enigmatic entity solely known as "The Outsider" would come to the aid of the man he'd pass on his powers to, which also acted as form of contract between both he and Corvo, with the mark placed on Corvo's left hand being the signature that forever sealed his fate. Corvo Attano vowed to exact revenge on his enemies, those who've soiled his name and took from him the Empress he had once served and loved. If signing a contract and selling his soul to the Devil would grant him the power to exact his revenge, then so be it... This tale in particular, however, does not focus so much on Corvo Attano's quest for revenge, but rather his complex and intriguing relationship with The Outsider. Sir Attano is the assassin behind a skull mask, and The Outsider is the watcher who gleefully watches his marked assassin annihilate his enemies with a burning fury. This was a match made in Hell, one I'm most excited to detail and share with you, my dearly beloved readers. So prepare yourselves, for what you're about to read is an Assassin and Outsider's dark and twisted, yet very intimate and oh-so fascinating relationship with one another.
