New York: The city of dreams. Currently, it is occupied by two of the largest dreamers known to man-kind. Cosette, a dancer, with dreams of seeing her name in a playbill for a Broadway show. And Marius. A shy photographer hoping to capture a city in a way that will captivate the globe. In a city so large, and their dreams clouding their minds, the two never imagine that their wishes will entangle with one another, and neither expects the changes to come from it. A modern AU fanfiction of Les Mis. Marisette is the main ship, with mentions of Enjoltaire. The story is mine, but the characters mentioned were conjured by the amazing Victor Hugo.

I couldn't answer him. I didn't know what to say to him. I didn't think I could really say anything to him. I did not want to face the facts of what had happened, or the consequences I knew were soon to follow. I just wanted to avoid it all. I wanted to deceive the passion that was burning deep inside of me, and simply forget that any of this had ever happened. I wished to pretend that I hadn't slept with Marius, and betrayed Eponine. I wished that it was Enjolras who I truly loved, and wanted to spend the rest of my life with. But I simply couldn't. You can't deceive passion. No matter how much I had wanted to. I couldn't. Enjolras absolutely despises Grantaire. That's a fact Grantaire can live with, however -- or, at least, he could. Literally, if someone requests it I will make a preference and throw you in a meat grinder for your barricade boy to watch. I promise I'm okay, I'm just an angsty writer. I will NOT write smut or a breakup preference. Why do you wanna break up with one of these guys? I couldn't. Besides those two things, I will do everything in my power to fulfill your desires. I should mention that I write with the assumption that the reader is a girl by default. If you are a male, please let me know and I will post versions of the preferences for male readers, as well. Not the last time I checked, no. Am I French? Well, a little, but for the most part, no. Did I write Les Misérables? Let's put it this way: If I did, things would have ended much, much differently. Did I write The Hunchback of Notre Dame? If I did, Disney would have changed so much more to make it kid-friendly. By these circumstances, you should in no way, shape, or form confuse me for Victor Hugo.

Gavroche is the one she protects the most because she knows Éponine can handle herself. Fire works for her parents and gets her money that way. She doesnt give the money to her parents but keeps it to herself untill she leaves the inn. She moved out if the inn a while ago and brought Gavroche with her. She shares all her money with Gavroche. Fire meets Gavroche's friends through work but doesnt know it was them untill Gavroche drags her to a meeting being held between the schoolboys about the revoloution.

A kingdom of nighttime pleasures, where the rich and powerful came to play with the young and beautiful creatures of the underworld. The most beautiful of all of these, was the man Enjolras loved... Grantaire. A dancer, who sold his love to people. They called him "The Glittering Emerald." He was the star of the Moulin Rouge. (As usual, I'm posting this for my very talented friend! Okay, well the description of this book..... The description of.... The.. Okay, so I don't really know how to describe it, But I will say it is a book you will never forget, It is a comedy, romance, fantasy, and snapplelicousness all wrapped up and sealed by awesome sauce.
