Cosmonaut Stories

The story is set in the Soviet Union (in Russia - Perm). After the WW2, it is based on a little girl (13) and her brother (15). Their parents have died during the bombings and they went to live with their grandparents. In the story the girl finds a recording of possibly the 1st Russian cosmonaut who was sent to space but never returned as they have burned while entering earth's atmosphere. She tells her brother about it and that's when they start to discover creepy secrets about their family and what really happened.

800 years in the future, Emily Lang is an astronaut who transports space station parts using a complex network of worm holes and cosmic water holes. After losing her family to space time, Emily undergoes a procedure to format her consciousness into artificial intelligence to prolong her life. Will she continue to transport parts, or will meeting Andrew in her last days as a human change her trajectory? Note: This book is in the beginning phases and is in a state of "continuous editing." There is a saying that a cosmonaut orbits the moon every year, alone.

Vitali grew up in the Soviet Union during WW II. When a Soviet plane is shot down over his village, he learns about the monstrosity of war. After his father is killed in the closing days of the conflict, he vows that he will never let injustice prevail. As soon as he can, he joins the Air Force in a quest to settle an old score. Fit, brilliant and driven, he is selected for the Cosmonaut corps, but soon realizes that the most brilliant men will not make it to space. The party is looking for soldiers to fight to fight on the front lines of the Cold War, when all Vitali wants is to bring mankind together through his historic flight into space.
