Secret agent Cassius Croon is hired to investigate a series of particularly bizarre events transpiring around the globe. They suspect he is the One. Actually, he is the None.

This takes place in our present day real world, but all across the world there are different factions of people who cosplay as various anime characters. They are all mostly teenagers between 10-18. The cosplayer will almost always have a similar personality to the anime character they are cosplaying. And they always have a striking resemblance to the anime character they cosplay. Almost like a coalition of a kinda mini world of different cosplayers. And corresponding to the powers of the anime character they are cosplaying, since they obviously have no powers, they have a non-power creative way of doing what their character would be able to do.

Izuku is a Cosplayer. How comes? He gave up on his dream to become a hero but that doesn't mean he can't be something else, right? Izuku always had a interest in dressing up (as all might of course) and when he got his first TikTok account he found himself getting interested in cosplay.
