The idea for "The Dauntless" doesn't belong to be, i got the idea for the name of this fearless underground shelter from the Divergent book series, they are super good and i recommend reading them! This is going to be my first real story on this account. An anti-bullying poem.

Zayn Malik, a teenager from the city, has no place to go when his mother passes. He has no family in the city, or anywhere else for that matter, but whom he does have is a family friend of his mother's that he has only met once when he was young. When Maura Horan hears the news of her long time friend passing away and Zayn needing a place to go, she is willing to take him in. Problem is, she lives all the way out in the country, far away from the home comforts of the city for Zayn. Zayn's life is torn apart in such a short time, but he finds that the son of his new guardian, Niall, may be the one that helps glue the pieces back together.
