Cougar normally would not interfere but as his attention shifted to the male his ice encased heart fluttered just a tiny bit. So making a decision so unlike him he knocked an arrow into his bow and shot the snake through the head killing it. As he replaces his bow he hears the two groaning as the regain consciousness. He looks up and finds his gaze locked with a pair of sapphire blue eyes.

During time, the trio of cats grew into a large mass of cats, and they formed positions to help keep everything in balance. Wisp, was leader. She organized cats to hunt, to build nests, and she decided when the group was to travel again. King, was the Healer, he collected new plants to help heal and cure sick cats, he helped deliver kits, and gave guidance to Wisp in times of need. ___ was the Deputy. The second in command. He helped Wisp with her leadership. He also helped gather plants with King, and took part in training the younger cats.
