It's been thirty years since the collapse of the Soviet Union. They'd both moved on, or so they thought. If it wasn't already clear, this is a Sovame fic.

(This is the revised version of my first ever CH book, Spread My Wings. If you want to read the first version to see just how bad middle-school me was at grammar and spelling, It will be linked in the first chapter :D) (I will be keeping a lot of this story true to the original, which I wrote almost three years ago now. Please keep in mind that some parts of this story either reflect the time it was written in, or were written when I was new to the fandom. This story uses historical context very loosely, and as it is an AU, it is far removed from modern politics or historical accuracy. Please keep this in mind as you read) We all know America as a global superpower... But what if, in a world full of magic, America had no power at all? In this AU, everyone has an ability given to them at a certain age by a magical entity called a 'spirit guardian'. However America, even well into his twenties, found himself powerless. America, desperate to find his place in this world of magic, knows he can rely on his best friend Germany; However, the rest of the world isn't so warm to the son of a monster, as they keep Germany locked away. But when past foes return from damnation with a plan to take over the land that banished them, maybe a powerless freak and monster's son- with the help of their friends- can save the world. Keep in mind: - This IS NOT, I repeat, IS NOT a RussiaxAmerica book - This AU takes place in a world far removed from our own, where America returned to his father after the Civil war, did not partake in any of the World Wars, Soviet decided to retire on his own accord, yada yada

What if Britain had a questionable plan to get an alliance? What if it backfired? What if it caused America to join the Axis Powers? _______________ This is an AU in which America joins the Axis powers. Please note that I do not support Nazism (duh). This is simply a story about a hypothetical scenario, which does not aim to romanticize nor downplay the horrors that took place during WWII. There are mentions of some of these events in the story, however, they are treated as the horrendous acts that they are, and are not meant to be downplayed/romanticized. What happens when all they find is 50 country's in his place? Are they even country's? Why are there so many of them? To solve this mystery they will have to go deeper, and accidentally dig themselves a hole filled with secrets, dark pasts, mistakes, and treachery. These countries will go to great lengths to get back the rebellious superpower, but will the length be enough? 50 new country's. The same 50 mystery's. 1 missing America. (!!HEADS UP!! With the defeat of the Japanese Empire after the second World War, you would think that their problems would be solved. But things rarely go so smoothly, and now five years later, war has broken out once more on the Korean Peninsula. North Korea and his provinces must fight once more for their freedom and to defend their home from Imperialist Aggression. After all, the pursuit of Liberty is never-ending. Being a Countryhuman is hard in of itself. Working with another is torture at it's finest. Kai Cly had just started to get the hang of being America. Get used to the actual one insulting you, go on crazy press tours about whatever, and train till it takes your body weeks to recover. Things a normal 18 year old should not be doing. But, things got worse. Partnering with another fellow Countryhuman like him had to be the worse, especially one with a personality that clashes with his. Can he save this partnership and grow it to something bigger? Warning: Possibly RusAme? Cringe (depending on the one reading it) And poor writing 😭

FANFIC FOR COUNTRYHUMANS (STILL A WIP) "HUH?!" Is the thoughts America has exactly as he notices a figure appears. No way. The book Japan lended him.. actually worked? It was meant to be a joke. He was only kidding with her, and surely she was too, right??? That's until he hears a voice that calls to him-- "You have summoned me, what is your request, Master?" Oh. At first, America didn't know what to do. He thought it was all a joke, something that he was dreaming about, unrealistic. However, he came to terms that he now had some.. demon to take care of. Soviet, the name of the Demon, he was now going to care for. It may annoy him, it may be strange to him, but he wouldn't leave the demon astray. He couldn't tell anyone either.. it could cause problems. This is the journey of America and his new.. friend, Soviet, and how their lives now intertwine. A 'human' and 'demon'. What could happen with such a duo? (Basically, this started off in a oneshots sovame fanfic but I actually really like this idea, so I'm putting it into an entirely separate book so it doesn't fill so much into the oneshots.)
