Poor USSR. Such a big and chaotic family. His bilogical ones being Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan, and his "adopted" ones (read: young allies whom he treats like his children despite them being technically WAY older than him) being India and China-who have the luxury of staying directly in his massive mansion. Yay....come watch their every chaotic (mis)adventure! A/N: HIIII~! Sorry for being so inactive. Class 10 in India is a bitch. Can't promise regular updates, or even a good story. Once they were one, now they are split into two. How hard is life for both actually, living in almost the same village as before, now split by a river? [ship requested by a friend, i'm here to make it happen for them!] I'm not English, so I'm sorry if my grammar sucks- but this is a story about how Belarus and Latvia feel when they go fishing and see each other, sad by the fact that they used to be so close, and eventually one goes on the other side for a talk. Due to tension regarding countries in the aftermath of the war, a program has been set in which their representing entities will be living together in a dormitory-like setting with all the amenities in the hopes to resolve demons from the past or simply reunite with those they were separated from. Not all are happy with this arrangement, and some will discover things that had been left out by their government officials. But then, trouble will start to come for them once more, in something not even they themselves will be able to control.

In 1991, the USSR is crumbling. Following the Sino-Soviet Split, Soviet tries to reconnect with someone he once held dear, as his health and family life both gradually deteriorate.

This fic is currently in a rough patch rn, sorry i just don't know what to do - America is a normal high school student. He mostly just tries to get on with life, despite how already stressful it is. His family life is good, he's come to terms with his identity, everything should be good. There's still something wrong and he can't decipher what it could be. Until meeting him. Russia is much like America: he wants to get on with life. But, his past trauma surrounding his father still follow him. He finds himself getting worst and worst with each passing day, he doesn't know how to stop it. He just wants his father out of his goddamn life. He coped in a numerous amounts of destructive ways, but it changed when he met someone. - Warnings: - Themes around LGBTQ+ Issues (Gender dysphoria, homophobia, etc.) - Mental issues (dissociation, anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc.) (Unserious) - Shipping (possible rusame, maybe I'll add some others?) - Cringe, this book is straight out of 2020 (I am really sorry for Russia's positive portrayal in this AU. I do not support the government, but I want to continue writing this fic. You might not even want to forgive me for writing him like this, but it's ok, I'm cool with that.) Now that the entire fucking world is going to even more shit, I'm hating this fic more and more. I hate how I have been portraying everyone in this AU, I despise how "relatable" I made them, I hate them so goddamn much but it's too late to do anything.
