In an alternate land beyond a world of pure ruin, many kingdoms have flourished beside a river that has had strange effects on the organisms around it. After one of them, the Candy Kingdom, overtook quite a large bit of a neighboring country, the crazed effects of the river began to occur again upon the people. Beasts. But they weren't able to wipe them all.
