Finland and Romania are friends with benefits- except they don't do the nasty. They just meet up and have a little chat, maybe even smoke and drink. Finland finds Romania annoying, while Romania thinks Finland is moody, but they soon start to notice that the other isn't so bad. After all, this is always what happens.
