Out of desperation of this trapped space of this, the UN (Ash) had decided to send away his pet dove outside of his palace, in search for someone who he can talk to through a mode of communication he thought he could handle -- letters. It was only until when the letter was responded, he realized it was a reply from an organization he had no idea had existed at this point, ASEAN (Hai). From there on out, more and more letters come and go despite their... unique circumstances.... ----- This is an epistolary book/fic: a collection of letters written by a character. Though in this case it was... two characters? Letters are AT LEAST to be in order, but there may have been a couple left out or scattered due to the lack of dates.
