Harriet and Tegan, two best friends and roommates since college, have moved in next door to the YouTube gaming group, Cow Chop. Spiralling far past 'the girls next door', the two get so tangled up in the chaotic life of Cow Chop that it's impossible that things will ever be normal - or quiet - again. Aleks works at a small coffee shop down from James' university. James is slowly falling for the man but is too shy to say it even though the feelings are requited. (this coffee shop au is slightly based off the lyrics from 'falling in love at a coffee shop', it's an amazing song and so lovely)
