The city of Saga, Japan. Nothing truly happens around here-- but that changes oh-so-quickly. A string of seemingly miscellaneous cases of "apathy syndrome" come in left and right, and only a select few people have been able to appear in The Dark Hour-- an almost supernatural hour after midnight serving as the twenty-fifth hour, but everything is distorted and only a few people are conscious during it, making it all the more stranger. What all could be happening?
