Like all living things, this book is a WIP. As of today though, it's only the developing genesis of the initial onset of the very beginning of the start of a WIP. I'm working on a much more beguiling, intriguing, and utterly irresistible blurb that will completely convince you how much you want to read these stories, hint deliciously at what they are ultimately about (when I understand that more myself), and clearly explicate the title (when I figure out how to cover that topic briefly). For now, you get a purple intro to match the purple cover. If you happen to be here reading anyway - even without the fantastically succinct and enticing blurb - thank you. I know your time is valuable. I strive to be worth your while. This book is my very first publication on Wattpad (or anywhere else for that matter), so... Yay me? Don't let that deter you - Criticism is my favorite breakfast cereal and Feedback my go-to energy snack. Though inspired by countless events, conversations, readings and meetings, the ideas, words and graphics herein (unless otherwise noted) fell out of my head, through my fingers and into the ethersphere. They belong to me - as much as such things can belong to anyone. Please do not steal them (though I'd confess to being immensely flattered if I thought you wanted to). Most importantly, if you didn't catch it on the cover, the stories here are FLASH FICTION - which you know means SHORT. REALLY SHORT. SHORTER THAN SHORT. You can read one in 5 minutes or less. But a lot can happen in five minutes.

In 2012 I was facing homelessness. I was 47 years old at the time, and I thought I was going to die, or be killed during my homeless stint in San Francisco. I had experienced a horrible loss before I became homeless, so I became hopeless, alone, disenfranchised, and scared. But I found solace, and comfort from beings that are hated, often killed and, or, hunted down and brutally slaughtered. I found peace in beings that recognized me as an equal. They say, people who go to the animals for help are usually the ones' who people cannot help. No human could help me the way the animals helped me.

There's always been two tribe, the wolf tribe and the coyote tribe, that alway lived in disagreement. They always hunted, trained, and lived among their peers. However as snow begins to fall, the wolves grows weak and become desperate while the coyotes began to thrives. Winter will change them forever.

North's story doesn't start off well. Being chased by dogs and being abandoned. But it does get better, being adopted and taken care of. but her terrors don't end there. The forest is dying, the spirits no longer contact the oracle or the wind reader. There's a darkness that casted over the land, and to survive, the animals will need to work together.

This story is about a spring blizzard that hits southwestern Montana and a local farmer loses a couple of newborn calves and decides to go out into the blizzards in hopes of finding them and bringing them back home. Follow Gus on his journey with his cow horse McCloud while they go against the odds and ride off into the freezing snowy abyss. I do not own the artwork.

Volume five and original project in the Wasteland Project. Annie has gotten herself in deep this time. She decided to go and explore the underground. However, that might not be a good idea. Problems start to build as she goes deeper down into the tunnel. Meanwhile, the problem with the trees is getting worse. Kate has to find her daughter and try to deal with the remaining survivors on the mainland. This is going to be a long few days.
