The Clans, after finally being rescued by the Tribe of Rushing Water, are settling well into life in the Tribe's walls. While in the company of the Tribe cats, young Medicine Cat in training, Leafpaw, finds herself helplessly attached to a Tribe cat named Crag. However much she tells herself the path she takes can only lead to heartbreak, she continues. Terror sets in though when Leafpaw must make the choice she was dreading since she met Crag and accustomed herself to the Tribe's way of life, would she leave with her Clan or stay with Crag and live her life as a tribe cat?
