Max was trapped in a POW camp not knowing how he will get out. He has been tortured emotionally and physically. He was praying for death when a young woman with lavender hair came to his rescue. She never spoke a word to him but he felt a connection with her that seems to transcend time. She got him on board a plane and vanished. No one would tell him who she was. Three years after the rescue he is working with his friends for NCIS. They go to interrogate Senator Miles Dupree and he is greeted by his savior.
