This guide explains all the features of the 30DayChallenge and how to make your stories eligible. The 30DayChallenge motivates you to write consistently for 30 Days in a supportive and creative environment. This challenge will help you continue your story and foster good writing habits. The end goal is for you to keep up with regular posts to give your readers something to come back to. Poetry is the easiest way of expression for some like me, not only experiences but feelings. This book is a set of poems about feelings, experiences and thoughs that linger in my mind day and night. There's letters too that will never reach the eyes of those who they're intended for, though some are just based on emotion. I write because I hope that someone comes across this and thinks "hey this is relatable". Some may resonate with experiences that awaken sacred fragments of memories, or some may just deeply impact. I write because that's the easiest way I can express any feelings. I write for fun, for love and for awareness on certain topics. All poems and letters are original by me :) Most aren't aimed at anyone specific, but just product of my imagination.

Transcripts of every short story and poem that I wrote and read on my "Melody's Ambient Sleep" podcast. Each episode contains 25 minutes of beautifully ambient sounds, soothing music and a story or poem, read to you in my quiet and calming voice. All crafted to help you slow down and drift off to sleep. I release a new episode every few days. This book is my own little « Zibaldone », a patchwork of thoughts, poems and half-shaped stories that, like Leopardi's notebook, weren't meant to be read by anyone at first. I started this book just to keep these fragments from disappearing, just because they are part of my journey as a writer. There's no single theme holding these pages together. Some fragments came from sleepless nights, others from brief sparks of clarity. Together, they trace the small evolution of a writer who's still learning how to listen to her own voice ;) Also, I let each thought choose its own language. Italian, French, English, or something in between: each piece carries its own voice, born exactly as it arrived. This isn't a finished book: it's a living one, made of everything that refused to stay silent inside me.
