Surprise (Late) Birthday Present for The One and Only on Discord! (Aka ChelseaCreatesCC on Insta). Non-canon origin story of Richard, yadda yadda. Two-part story, first chapter is exposition based on what Chelsea has told me (very interpretive, I was) and second chapter shall be more creepypasta-esque part.
