Just a 12 year boy and has a older brother which is 13 years old. Jeffrey Woods is his real name. His brother Liu Woods went to Juvenile Hall for whatJeffery done. Got in a fight with a kid name Randy and got burned inside the house. Survived the fire but turned insane ever since. Murder his parents the night he came home from the hospital. And became Jeff the killer.

I scrapped the old story and am rewriting the whole thing. So ye.
