And it was no wonder that they'd forgotten Princess Winter's handmaiden was not an only child. For why should any aristocrat concern themselves with the fact that a lowly servant didn't advertise the fact that she had an identical twin? 𝙉𝙞𝙨𝙝𝙖 𝙆𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙧 was a creature of the night, able to slip into any crack and disappear without a trace at any given moment. In a different world, the only knives she would've wielded would've been the various kitchen knives in the Artemisia Palace kitchen. Even so, she didn't envy the situation her sister woke up to every day in the palace. Behind 𝙉𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙖 𝙆𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙧'𝙨 soft smile and sweet demeanor laid a hungry hawk waiting for the right moment to strike for the kill. Her position in the Artemisian Court was a precarious one, a position she guarded well with stolen secrets and a sly tongue. Separated, the two must bide their time so as to not risk the vicious Lunar Queen's wrath falling upon their family. And it seems like the moment has finally arrived in the form of an Earthen, a cyborg mechanic with the biggest secret in the Third Era. Football quarter back and campus heartthrob, Cress day-dreams about the two of them falling in love. When an accident on the field puts Thorne out of football, the two tumble into a relationship of unexpected twists and turns. One thing is for sure, neither of them will ever look back.
