Lilac is a 28 year old mother of two girls one named Lavender who is 13 years old and the other Rosemary, 9 years old. Her friend, Aiden, and brother-in-law Liam are part of a group named Les Protecteurs de la Guerre et de la Corruption where Princes, princesses, and children of parliament who are threatened by war or whose parents are corrupt are taken here to be taken care of and fight for themselves. Did I explain everything probably, probably not. Warning: this book is not suitable for everyone if you are uneasy about death, and blood, don't read this book.
