I tied my hair up in a messy bun, golden curls swirled around my temple and ears. Looking through the mirror, I saw a reflection that always seemed to lurk around me. Myself. All my life I've been told of how pretty i was, but I've never believed it. I hear the deafening shout of my attention seeking father, Grimace. "Y/N- get your lazy behind up and out of bed. It's your first day at Duke Dennis University!" I roll my eyes at his irritating demands. I wipe at my makeup-less face and slip on a casual hoodie, hanging too long over my leggings. I kick my bedroom door open and shrug over to the living room, my beat up Shrek crocs squeaking across the mahogany floors, which alerts my dad of my presence. Grimace lifts his head from his birthday shake, liquid all over his splotchy fuzzy skin. Disgusting. I bear him a tight lipped grin, he passes me one back. "- let's get this show on the road!", he slurs, clearly drunk from his purple drink. I hold back a groan and mumble back, "alright." like Central Cee. -- Just something silly I made with my best friend, we're both fried as shit and this fic is actually funny..so step right up and give it a shot!! please..
