Our Thekua is prepared the same way it is made in Bihari households-slowly, carefully, and with full respect for tradition. We do not believe in shortcuts or mass production. Every batch is made in small quantities to ensure freshness, taste, and quality.
Our homemade Thekua is prepared using premium wheat flour, pure natural jaggery, desi ghee, and traditional ingredients like fennel seeds and coconut. We do not use preservatives, artificial colors, or chemicals to increase shelf life. This is why our Thekua tastes natural and feels light, just like homemade food should.
