Paisley loved taking care of kids. Once when Paisley graduated from med school. She was offered at two different hospitals for her intern year. One hospital was Seattle Grace Hospital. The other hospital was Mercy West Hospital. Paisley ended up picking Mercy West. A few years into Mercy West. Paisley meant her best friends. Jackson Avery, April Kepner, Dylan Davis, Charles Percy and Reed Adamson. Paisley was so glad she meant them and new she would become close to them especially close to Jackson. When Paisley was working as an intern at Mercy west she grew feelings for Jackson. Over time Jackson also grew feelings for Paisley. Jackson and Paisley were inseparable when it comes to working together. Jackson was Paisley person and Paisley was Jackson person. A few years later Paisley is standing outside of their new hospital they have to work at Seattle Grace Mercy West hospital. Because of a new Merger that was happening.
