Caduceus has had the same dream for a few weeks now; a familiar grave of a tiefling he never met and the life that The Wildmother placed over that grave. So familiar was the flora on that grave in the dreams that Caduceus could easily name them all on a whim. And then the dream shifts: There's a heartbeat. A breath. A struggle. The Wildmother calls to Caduceus, pulling him towards that grave once more, where her work is centered trying to bring forth another life. No, not bring forth - bring back. With a gasp and a panicked scramble, a lavender tiefling pulled himself from the dirt. Freeing himself from the earth's clutches in a desperate escape. He is blank, an empty slate of a person except for one word that screams in his head. A word screamed, called, laughed, and spoken by so many different voices that vie for attention in the confused tiefling's mind - Molly He doesn't know how he is exactly or what he was doing in the earth but he can only suppose that Molly is his name and that the cloak over his grave is his too. He's not quite sure how, but he knows that somewhere out there, people are waiting for him. He has no idea where they are or how to find them but he'll be damned if that stops him. With only a single tarot card, a small letter giving him some clues, and an open road before him, he sets off to figure out who exactly he left behind. WARNING: Spoilers, cannon-typical violence, alcohol usage, language, and mature themes. (AKA, there's angst) WARNING: Short book about the reunion of the Mighty Nein as they find their old friend (that means this is cute, lovable, fluffy, and adorable). She meets the different strangers that would eventually become the Mighty Nein which all started with a horrific accident at a travelling carnival. I've recently started watching Critical Role, and I love the characters and Yasha/Beau! I was driving home the other day and this story popped into my mind! It's my own version of how they could get together! (Artwork by Trixia Quinzon, borrowed from Google, hmu if it's not okay for me to use!)

Love was supposed to be a precious thing, not that I'd ever had that experience. Not many could see past my financial worth in comparison to what my heart held - some would say that was worth so much more, but who could tell when anything that connected me to that life had been cut away? So this a book I plan on publishing piece meal over a period of time. I'm a fan of TTRPG, and in reflection of that, I will publish it a "session" at a time. For those who are unfamiliar with TTRPG, every night you meet up with everyone is a session where you guys go over a portion of a chapter within the campaign. So instead of promising a whole chapter at a time I will try and publish a "session" at a time. Other than those things I hope you guys enjoy it and even though the publication of these sessions might be somewhat sporadic I will do my best to be involved in the comments and respond when appropriate.
