Cecilia is a assassin and a member of Vox machina. Her short silky black hair and porcelain skin gives her the beauty that catch's everyone's eye but there's one problem, she's blind. She was born blind and her mother abandoned her due to this. She was later adopted by an assassin that trained her in sword fighting, when he died she left and became a mercenary. She later met a band called Vox machina, she joins them and go on odd jobs but after getting kicked out of a tavern they decide to separate and Cecilia knew she'd be alone again. Until they find a job that could set them for life but can they handle it? Read to find out. Percy x oc

Based on Critical Role, this is a telling of how the DM is involved in the world of Exandria and is a possible telling of how Vox Machina embarked upon their adventures as shown in the streamed games of Dungeon and Dragons shown every Thursday night on Geek and Sundry. Some knowledge of either Critical Role or the Tal'dorei Campaign setting may be necessary. Do note the chapter Final Role contains spoilers from throughout Campaign 1 from episode 24 onwards. Best friends have a hold on each other stronger than any other oath in the world. Or so thought Basil and Alfur who would rather die than leave each other's side. Until a single choice changes their worlds and what they decided to split apart, fate brought back together. This is a small collection of stories for two D&D characters I made to live in the Exandria universe for a friend's campaign. Basil's story went to Strixhaven and Alfur ended up as an NPC in a separate story. Categorically, I suppose it's some sort of Critical Role universe fanfiction, however the lore is based off of how my friend runs her Wildemount campaign and not the show.

One such team consists of a tattooed poetry quoting boy, a white haired teen with an odd arm, a dual pistol and sword wielding punk, and a sophisticated pepperbox wielding Atlesian thought to be dead. Will this volatile concoction of a team tear each other apart, or will they find common ground and rise to fight back emerging threats? {Critical Role} What if they was another non humanoid creature in the midst of The Fletching and Moondrop Traveling Carnival of Curiosities? The fiendish 'Devil Toad' was the only creature of the non-humanoid variety to be shown at performances. In the sidelines, assisting Yasha with set up and security was Redwood, a Fey beast of a rare kind. Docile and a prime example of 'looks can be deceiving', they never spoke much of their past or stepped into the limelight. Traveling to Trostenwald to perform was nothing too dramatic, until a eruption of terrified screams came from the tent which dragged the unsuspecting Fey to a motley crew with familiar faces. Will Redwood's past stay in the shadows or will this team bring a new chapter to their story? (I don't own critical role or the nerdy-ass voice actors in it.)

This is a little different, but this is my retelling of the journey of a DnD game, and the onstream events surrounding a team called Vox Machina. Hope you enjoy this little bit of hilarity. So this a book I plan on publishing piece meal over a period of time. I'm a fan of TTRPG, and in reflection of that, I will publish it a "session" at a time. For those who are unfamiliar with TTRPG, every night you meet up with everyone is a session where you guys go over a portion of a chapter within the campaign. So instead of promising a whole chapter at a time I will try and publish a "session" at a time. Other than those things I hope you guys enjoy it and even though the publication of these sessions might be somewhat sporadic I will do my best to be involved in the comments and respond when appropriate. If anything else comes to mind I'll put it here in the notes! Hope you guys like the story!

I've recently started watching Critical Role, and I love the characters and Yasha/Beau! I was driving home the other day and this story popped into my mind! It's my own version of how they could get together! (Artwork by Trixia Quinzon, borrowed from Google, hmu if it's not okay for me to use!)

Vox Machina are your typical high school punk rock band; musically gifted as fuck, probably way too edgey for their own good and thick as thieves. They've known each other for five years and have pulled each other from even the darkest of situations. But now, as the corporate group known as the Chroma Conclave threatens to demolish their school and commercialise the entire city of Tal'Dorei, they must pull together and do whatever they can to keep them at bay.
