He was in love and just didn't know how to show it. After accidentally meeting up at parties and certain traumatic incidents occurring, hayden realizes that maybe Sebastian has changed but he's too scared to find out if it's real. What happens when Sebastian doesn't give up and yearns for Hayden even more? Even as many obstacles come in their way, Sebastian refuses to lose him again. ⚠️ - there are several mentions of violence in this book.

Love is like stepping on a lego: incredibly painful, unfair, and traumatizing. However, love is also like a warm croissant- warm, soft, and addictive. Love is confusing, amazing, and unpredictable. Here is a collection of short stories based off of personal experience, characterizing the many, many different aspects of love, and saying "I love you." From the teenage perspective, of course. These stories cover every base from slimy Ex-Boyfriends, to stress-inducing bestfriends, to the trials and tribulations of an unconvential family.

My experience of falling for someone.

Lafayette didn't think he would be adopted, or get to make croissants in the kitchen, but he didn't know that his step-brother, Alex, had friends he was allowed to talk to or be accepted, being his gender-fluid self. He didn't know that he would attend Alex's school. He didn't know that Alex's friend would be his own boyfriend. He didn't know that the one thing that brought them together was his hand-made croissants and good taste in clothing.
