Tatiana starts to read the novel, "Maximus and his Legion" for her English Lit. Things started to become off and every night seems to be always disturbed. She meets her mom's friend, David whom Tatiana finds attractive yet mysterious. Things started to unfold totally changing Tatiana's life. She might be blessed for her gift that at every dusk, with controlled power, she can cross to another world called Realm of Sanctuary or cursed, for the task that befalls her , pulling her away from her life.

The crooked man

Renée and her brother are traveling together when she gets kidnapped by a strange man and dragged off through the woods. Many woman before her have been taken by this Crooked man and never seen again. But is Renée the one he has been looking for all his life? A magic ring might be able to bring back her memories from a past life. A life where she and the Crooked man shared something more than friendship. When Micah O. Spencer decides to withdraw from the largest secret society in Miami, FL., Roshi Brotherhood, it doesn't come without violence and manipulation.
