Coral Reed and Mia Stone are best friends. They met when they were in grade 10 when Mia switched to Coral's school. At first they weren't too sure how much they had in common but every day they learned something new about each other until they found out they had more in common then they originally thought. One day, the topic came up about the Pittsburgh Penguins, and Coral started naming off players and how the team had been doing. Mia was sitting there baffled on how she knew all this stuff. First, a foreign exchange student arrives, and makes things a lot harder to handle for Eliza. Next, a Starbucks opens across the street! Then, the government decides they want to tear down Better Batter Bakery to build a Music School. Eliza's family could be forced to leave Crosby to find work elsewhere... How far will Eliza go to save Better Batter Bakery? And could it be too far?
