Giyuu Tomioka does not speak much about the past.
He carries it instead.
After fire takes his parents and a demon takes his sister, Giyuu is forced to grow up learning how to endure in silence. He moves from place to place, living under choices made to protect him, shaped by lessons meant to keep him alive rather than happy. Survival becomes routine. Guilt becomes something he accepts without question.
As the years pass, Giyuu continues forward-into training, into battles, and into moments that test whether living was ever something he deserved. Along the way, he meets people who leave lasting marks on him, including Sabito, whose strength and belief stand in contrast to Giyuu's quiet doubt. Loss, responsibility, and memory follow him at every stage, shaping the way he fights, the way he speaks, and the distance he keeps from others.
